Jeremy Bulloch, who played bounty hunter Boba Fett in the original Star Wars films, has announced that his film collection will be auctioned off.
At an auction to be held on May 4, which his fans have embraced as World Star Wars Day, Bulloch, who lost his life in 2020, will find items collected both from the film set and from Star Wars events he attended during his lifetime.
Items to be auctioned at East Bristol Auctions in the UK include a space helmet, key rings and original scripts.
Although the character of Boba Fett in the films The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi found very little screen time, he managed to find a place among the iconic characters. Bulloch, who portrays the character, has accumulated objects associated with the character throughout his life.
Items for sale include a fan-made Boba Fett helmet that has been on display at Bulloch’s house for years.
The first pieces from Bulloch’s collection were sold for a total of £155,000 last May.
In 2020, Bulloch died at the age of 75 from complications caused by Parkinson’s disease.
